Olivers Window & Doors

Manufactured from the highest quality materials, Olivers Windows a member of the Residential Window Association (RWA).

The key to an effective window installation is teamwork. The major players on this team are the Window Company, the Management Company and residence. On large projects, the liaison between these three players is the on-site project coordinator.

An on-site coordinator's training is in communication and project management. It's their responsibility in schedule installation appointments at each project and update resident and management on the progress of the project. Before work begins they inform residents how to prepare for installation and after the job is complete they review each project to make sure the Windows are functioning properly and the residents knows how to use them. They also update management and the board on a weekly basis and keep a daily log of the project's progress.

During the project the on-site coordinator also ensures that all hallways and elevators are prepared for the increased traffic an installation will bring. They make sure drop cloths are in place and that all surfaces are protected. Afterwards, they make sure that all floors are vacuumed thoroughly and that, except for the new window, resident and management cannot tell that a large-scale installation project just took place.
